I have plugged the cables back in even after restarting the Xbox, turning the controller off and it seems to have fixed it (until the issue comes back again, then repeat the above).Dynamic seasons change everything at the world’s greatest automotive festival. I have a Razer headset stand and chroma mousemat plugged into my Series X I have found that having ANYHTHING plugged into the USB ports of the game can cause this issue, even if it isn't a mouse and keyboard as some people are reporting.
